Just losing weight is never that simple , is it ? We all want a weight loss forever, but integrating all counting calories or counting points receives a lot of time . I do not want to cut carbs from my diet forever, I could not
live like that! And do not tell me I can not have my red wine from time to time!
What about hunger , I am really food already ? It is only 14 hours and I'm starving ! I hate being hungry all
the time, nothing but lettuce to eat lunch so I can have a decent dinner. Egg white omelets ? Yuck , they are insipid . No bacon or sausage ever? There are so many weight loss systems out there and most of them are just crazy !
It does not have to be this way ! Really . You can eat good healthy food that will satisfy your hunger and stop your cravings . Mother Nature never intended that we all eat the highly processed , salty , foods filled with chemicals . They are not good for us. In fact, they are so poor in adequate nutrients that most of us need to take a vitamin supplement to ensure that we have the right amount of nutrients every day. Think about it a minute. We eat foods that can not keep us alive without added vitamin supplements .
Our bodies do not know what to do with all this. We were not designed to handle the disodium phosphate , caramel color , pyridoxine hydrochloride or blue . Our livers with this junk and clog our cells are filled with fat.
We must get back to basics . Start eating more food in its natural state . If you can commit to making a change in your eating habits to eat high quality , unprocessed food , you will feel better, look better and live longer. I guarantee you .
