Do Smoothies have to go now that I’m trying to lose weight?

It's summer time and the heat is on . A favorite of most people to overcome the heat option is to get a smoothie. But for people who are trying to lose weight and can not lose , no healthy options ? Yes, you can make your own smoothies .

From a health perspective , blended smoothies are perfect for a concentrated meal that is ready in a minute. You can combine a variety of fruits with a little water , maybe add more dates or real maple syrup and a

delicious milkshake that you can enjoy anytime as a healthy meal while on your program of weight loss .

Indeed, friends , this may be a better choice than the juice will also have the fiber, which is an essential nutrient that is found in fruits and vegetables for various reasons, and in regard to the weight loss, the fiber serve as intestinal brooms to eject all unwanted waste . Hey , we are looking for weight loss ?

Now the recipes below are my personal favorites for smoothies. I think they are creative ways to enjoy good food and do not miss a real treat from time to time . You can always experiment to find tasty recipes too, but here are a few to start .

1. Milk "chocolate"

Average dates -10-15
Ripe bananas -3 .
-1 Young Coconut (not usually use the water inside the nut although I heard that has some advantages, have proven to me with a worse outcome , but again we are all different )
-16 Cold Oz

Mix everything from fruits and coconut.

Two . Papaya Passion

-1 Normal Papaya
-1 Red Delicious
-5 Dates ( pitted )

Mix everything and make something out of this world!


Three . Strawberry Delight

-4-8 Strawberries
-1-2 Bananas
-8 to 10 dates

April . My Milk Shake tastes much better than yours ! ...

-2 Cups Duran
-8 dates
-2 Bananas
-1 Teaspoon carob powder

Who said that fruits and vegetables were gloomy ?

May . Mango Magic
-1-2 Ripe mangoes (peeled )
-8 Dates ( pitted )
- Juice of one orange

June . Duran bridge
-24 Oz Duran
-1 / 2 orange
- Mix the two .

Well, there you have it . I thought I would have to smoothies eh ? I hope I'll be able to save money by buying less healthy and , as you will discover not as delicious smoothies with them .
