Don't Give Up On Weight Loss

Many of you have given up on weight loss . I've been there and feel like you are at wits end . You do not know what to do. You've tried everything . Now you think it's impossible for them to lose weight.

I stopped !

Courage, is not so bad . I am pleased to say that after decades of struggle that I took and kept off 45 pounds. More importantly , my weight is stable , health and fitness super large .


I say this simply to illustrate that you do not have to give up weight loss . You can lose weight with a little help and faith in yourself .

First, relax. There is no quick way to lose weight fast. Realizing this means a small change will take effect over time . Time is on your side.

If you look at the people who lose weight and maintain that loss success , a number of things that are very obvious. These two factors are present in the life of most of them :

A. They do some kind of aerobic exercise 5-7 days a week. It's as simple as talking a walk each night. Do this at least 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes at a time .

Two . They have developed healthier eating habits . Healthy eating habits are also very important . More fruits and vegetables instead of candy cake and cake in 5 to 7 days to make a difference .

I've had many clients tell me that their daily exercise puts them in a framework of 'healthy' mind and help you make better food choices . Ultimately, when you exercise regularly, the your eating habits are better.

I firmly believe that an important factor in most peoples frustration with weight loss factor is that they were not informed of the truth about exercise. You see , twenty minutes , three days a week will not cut it for weight loss . If you are serious about losing weight , then you have to take seriously the year.

I have seen this work for many people who had given up on weight loss . It worked for me . It may work for you.
