Are Your Thoughts About Your Body Holding You Back From Success?


When someone joins my personal coaching program , one of the first things I ask them to do is to describe exactly what their body will once I help them reach their goal weight like. I ask them to do so in writing - not on the phone, and here's why ...

Deeply rooted negative thoughts are what we get to have difficulty weight loss or health improvement program - in fact, our past failures can almost always be traced back to negative thoughts that we have not even realize we had.

Most of our negative thoughts out when things are written on paper ( or computer ) .

I challenge you to write 10 short descriptions on how your body will look in 30 days if you were coached by someone like me - someone who knows exactly how to transform the human body, no matter what stage of the game you are currently .

Go ahead, take a moment to write down what your face would look like, what your arms look like, what your legs and buttocks look like - would your skin look different , your muscles would be tight, would you leaner - of all kinds, then come right back .

Have you done this ?

Make your list now, before we go any further - I want you to leave with a deep understanding of yourself when you finish reading this article.
OK , now that you have your list , let me show you something that you can use to judge whether or not you have been cause yourself to fail in your attempts to lose weight and keep it off.

Here are some examples of statements that a good friend of mine used to have before him and I started working together - the statements that were literally holding her success :

Face- more chiseled features, no double chin, jowls not mushy or swollen cheeks , no bags under the eyes .

Other than improving the shape of the face , I really have no complaints about my face , hair, eyes , nose, ears .

Neck- no double chin or "acacia"

Chest- no gynecomastia ( female breasts ) , muscular instead. Look, ma, I can see my ribcage and pectoral muscles instead of a soft mattress fat.

Weapons hard sinuous curves instead of soft breadsticks . Seeing veins and muscles instead of smooth fat.

Belly - there are really abs hiding in there? They never made ​​an appearance in 50 years ! It would be nice to have a tight waist not uncomfortable sliced ​​through underwear too tight.

Paws - less conically , and more elongate solid. Although my calves have always been rather large and firm - my best body part , next to my brain.

Buttocks - less sag , a form more
Back could be much less hairy , it would be nice to see a "V " instead of a truncated pyramid .

Can you see why it would have had some problems in the past, to achieve its goal ?

But I 'll tell you a little secret - this guy is in great shape now and enjoy life more than ever, and it is a pleasure to speak with each week in our coaching calls .

Now here's a list of a woman who has recently completed one of my workouts - this list was written after our first session together - see how each statement is positive :

When you make your list , make sure to avoid using negative points , and have fun with this exercise - the short time you step out of your day to make your list will save you tons of time and frustration in the near future .
