Try these 7 tips to foster optimism and resilience of your overweight child :1) Believe in your children. Reassure
your children that you are on their side and to expect then to be the
best person I can be, but is not expected to be the best at anything. Nobody is perfect .
2) Search other adults who believe in their children. Teachers , uncles , aunts , neighbors and friends can help make a positive difference to your overweight child . Other adults who can see past the weight and also believe in your child can help your child to take control of their lives.
3 ) Encourage your children to stay interested in activities. Let them know that their interests are valuable and deserve to be developed , whatever.
4) Celebrate winning experiences for their children and help them accept defeat gracefully. Let him know that you appreciate their effort and positive attitude of winning or losing . Positive attitude and the effort is more important than victory.
5 ) Encourage upbeat conversations about the future. They assume that going to college and think of a good race. Tell your child that you believe you are capable of.
6) Be a role model for perseverance . Make sure your children hear you say that some tasks are difficult, but it's not a coward.
7) Facilitate family fun and laughter . A family that can joke , laugh, and lighten your day with humor can help prevent negativity and tension.
