We live in a culture that honors Type A , driven behaviors. That includes exercise and for many people , it took away the joy of just walking. Instead of seeing walking as something you need to do to get in shape , see it as a gift to be alive and let you enjoy the experience.

8) Have a feast of beauty while you are away. Note that the light passing through the sheets . See the flowers with a fresh look.
9 ) Take a new look at the world as you move through it. Do not assume anything . Discover the wonders of life as if you have never seen anything before . Look at people as if you had never seen a human being before .
Let walking become a popular and rewarding part of your life . Make it a wonderful thing that you look forward to both body and soul.
