2)Throw out those gross Frozen Dinners. Hell, they should not even be a part of your eating habits! Try to eat natural, healthy, organic foods as long as feasible since it will make a distinction in how you train and how you feel. It can be pricey though. However if you have to purchase, the one type of food you shouldn't make sacrifices on is one the meats!
3)Try to forget about eating,
Log me Write a list of your favorite things to do at home. Anything you can do while sipping lemonade. For example, reading, watching movies, gardening, surfing the internet, taking walks, doing your favorite hobby, or simply relaxing in your backyard. Make a list of your favorite hobbies. Select your favorite movies ahead of time. Gather a stack of those books you've been wanting to read
4)Get support. Tell your family and friends about what you are doing and get their support in making the changes you wish to make. Get them involved too if they are ready and have them join you on your new "diet journey". With kids, this can be fun, as they can be more apt to want to try new things. Even if they aren't your new habits will rub off on them in time and they may just start eating those great foods you're eating. Hiring a health coach is also a great way to get the support you need and deserve as you transition to a healthier lifestyle.
